Quali informazioni raccoglie l'Applicazione e come vengono usate? Informazioni fornite dall'utenteL'Applicazione acquisisce le informazioni che fornisci quando la scarichi e ti registri. La registrazione presso il Fornitore del servizio non è obbligatoria, ma alcune funzioni potrebbero non essere disponibili senza di essa.
Il Fornitore del servizio può usare queste informazioni per contattarti, di tanto in tanto, con comunicazioni importanti, avvisi necessari e promozioni.
Domande, foto e PDFLe foto delle domande e i PDF che alleghi vengono inviati al fornitore del modello AI che scegli (OpenAI per ChatGPT, Google per Gemini, DeepSeek), al solo scopo di generare la risposta. L'invio avviene con la tua chiave API personale. I PDF che carichi restano salvati nell'Applicazione in modo privato e cifrato; quando ne selezioni uno, il fornitore del modello lo elabora per rispondere. Il trattamento di questi contenuti da parte del fornitore è regolato dalla sua informativa sulla privacy: ti consigliamo di non inviare dati personali o riservati di altre persone.
La tua chiave APILa chiave API viene cifrata e custodita localmente sul tuo dispositivo. Non va condivisa con nessuno. Puoi revocarla e crearne di nuove in ogni momento dal sito del fornitore del modello.
Modelli AI aggiornati automaticamenteI modelli usati dall'Applicazione si aggiornano automaticamente all'ultima versione offerta dal rispettivo fornitore. Il trattamento dei tuoi contenuti resta quello del fornitore del modello che selezioni.
Informazioni raccolte automaticamenteL'Applicazione può inoltre raccogliere automaticamente alcune informazioni, tra cui, a titolo esemplificativo, il tipo di dispositivo mobile, l'identificativo univoco del dispositivo, l'indirizzo IP, il sistema operativo, il tipo di browser mobile e informazioni su come usi l'Applicazione.
L'Applicazione raccoglie la posizione precisa del dispositivo in tempo reale?No, l'Applicazione non raccoglie informazioni precise sulla posizione del tuo dispositivo.
Terze parti che possono vedere o accedere alle informazioniSolo dati aggregati e anonimizzati vengono trasmessi periodicamente a servizi esterni per aiutare il Fornitore del servizio a migliorare l'Applicazione e il servizio. Conservazione dei dati e gestione delle tue informazioniIl Fornitore del servizio conserva i dati forniti dall'utente finché usi l'Applicazione e per un tempo ragionevole successivo. Le informazioni raccolte automaticamente sono conservate fino a 24 mesi e poi possono essere conservate in forma aggregata. Per chiedere la cancellazione dei dati forniti tramite l'Applicazione, scrivi a unidevelopers@icloud.com: risponderemo in tempi ragionevoli. Se scopriamo che un minore di 13 anni ci ha fornito dati personali, li cancelleremo subito. Se sei un genitore o tutore e sai che tuo figlio ci ha fornito dati personali, scrivi a unidevelopers@icloud.com così potremo intervenire.
SicurezzaIl Fornitore del servizio tiene alla riservatezza delle tue informazioni e adotta misure di protezione fisiche, elettroniche e organizzative, limitando l'accesso ai dati a chi ne ha necessità per gestire, sviluppare o migliorare l'Applicazione. This privacy policy is applicable to the Wisdom AI app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by UniDevelopers (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used? User Provided InformationThe Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, bear in mind that you might not be able to utilize some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with them.
The Service Provider may also use the information you provided them to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Questions, photos and PDFsThe photos of your questions and the PDFs you attach are sent to the provider of the AI model you choose (OpenAI for ChatGPT, Google for Gemini, DeepSeek) for the sole purpose of generating the answer. They are sent using your personal API key. The PDFs you upload stay saved in the Application, privately and encrypted; when you select one, the model provider processes it to answer. How the provider handles this content is governed by its own privacy policy: we recommend not sending personal or confidential data of other people.
Your API keyThe API key is encrypted and stored locally on your device. It must not be shared with anyone. You can revoke it and create new ones at any time from the model provider's website.
AI models updated automaticallyThe models used by the Application update automatically to the latest version offered by the respective provider. How your content is handled remains that of the provider of the model you select.
Automatically Collected InformationIn addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information: as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
What are my opt-out rights?You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your InformationThe Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. The Service Provider will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at unidevelopers@icloud.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
Your rightsYou have the right to access the data that concerns you, correct it, delete it and object to its processing (Articles 15-21 of the GDPR). To exercise them, write to unidevelopers@icloud.com. You can also contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
ChildrenThe Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (unidevelopers@icloud.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
SecurityThe Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain, limiting access to those who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
ChangesThis Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your ConsentBy using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
